New year's resolutions

Already 2 weeks have passed, since 2019 started. Therefore, I think that it is the right time for me to set my 2019 goals. First of all this   is an important year for because I   will be   applying in college in a nursing program, so it's sure is one of my main goal this year to succeed in this program. In addition, I want to install a new routine to help me be organize, so I can decrease my stress. As well I want to decade more of my spare-time to sports and training. This year, I also want to worry less about how I affect others and take more time to improve my mental health, by practicing yoga or meditation. Moreover, I do not want to give so much of myself to people who will not do the same for me, as I did last year. I hope that my resolutions have inspired you to do yours or to respect those you already had .happy new year! I wish you health and happiness!

2018

I receive a playlist of all the songs I have listened the most this year. Moreover, I think it is a great way to do a recap of 2018. Therefore, I will list the top five and describe why I listen to these songs the most.   The first song in my playlist is La route est longue by Gros Big   It was the favorite song of my friend and it reminds me all the great things we did during summer at our camping. It is one of the song that we sung by the fire with all my group of friends. The song have really great subject and The second song is Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.   This year the movie was released, the movie is about the story of the group and Freddie Mercury and it had inspired me so much and made me love there music even more, I think I will never be bored of their music even if I listen to them millions of time.   The third song of my playlist is I Like It by Cardi B.   I listen to song so many times to understand clearly all the lyrics and now I can sing it all and

Great reminder

This morning, I watched  Lion King's trailer before going to school and it brought me some happy memories of my childhood, and now I can't wait to go see it, in theater in June! Also, I wanted to share with you a great reminder that the things that have hurt us or disturbed us in the past, don't have to be things we have to worry about now, just like the song in The lion king Hakuna Matata! -If it’s meant to be. It will be.-   My friend asked me this week to help her figure out if she should continue to talk to a guy that she was debuting to have feelings for. I told her that she should take the time to figure out what kind of feelings she had for him first, because she wanted to keep their great friendship. But after she told me that she was pretty stressed about how he would react if she told him how she feels. I told her that she didn’t have to stressed that much about it, because if he his meant to be only his friend that’s it but if his meant to be her boyfriend well that’s pretty great too, she just need to be open to both and appreciate it, because she is love in different ways that’s all.  
“Sometimes it takes a good fall to know where we stand” When it feels like everything is crashing down in our lives, we have to learn a lot about ourselves to know where we stand. It looks easy when we say it that way, but it is probably the scariest thing to do. Because we must question ourselves, about everything we are going through to know how to make it better. However, you do not have to worry, if you are going through something like that, just have to take the time you need to process everything and take care of yourself.
“When you are filled with self love you make better choices.” Every choices you make in life is influence by how you value yourself. Because your, self-esteem is the key to the respect of what you believe in and your values by others. Every day you have to take decisions, you have to think about how it makes you feel and how it will affect you in different ways. For example : if you are in a toxic relationship and your boyfriend makes you feel bad or question yourself for no good reasons and you have asked him to explain himself, so many times or simply to stop, you have to ask yourself, if you truly want to be treated like that and if he truly care for you.
" No one is you and that is your power" Repeatedly, in life you will propably ask yourself : why everything is base on what we are suppose to be, act or look like, oppose to what we want to be, act or look like ? Even if it feels like that, take the chance to learn to love yourself and don't mind what others think of you. Live your life to the fullest and be yourself because that is the rarest and reamarkable  way you can be.
